CHEAP AF Chili

It seems like everything costs approximately $74,937,238 right now, so here is a quick, easy, and cheap chili recipe! This is also a cozy fall favorite :)

Ingredients (3 servings):

  • 1/2 tsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 15 oz can of fire-roasted diced tomatoes

  • Three 15 oz cans of beans of choice, drained & rinsed
    (I used black beans, pinto beans, chili beans)

  • 3/4 cup of water

  • 2 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1.5 tsp cumin

  • Hot sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Bring pot to medium-high heat with olive oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add remaining ingredients to the pot and stir.

Bring heat to simmer, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Smash beans or use an immersion blender to make it thicker.
