Breakfast Burrito

Your new favorite breakfast burrito…or lunch…or dinner burrito…no judgment here!

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 block of Wildwood high protein tofu, pressed

  • 1 package of Soyrizo

  • 4 Mission Pea Protein tortillas

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • Optional: cheese

Instructions:

Press the tofu and crumble it into a pan on medium-high heat. Let it cook for 5ish minutes and then add the paprika, garlic salt, and turmeric and coat the tofu in the pan.

Once the tofu looks like the picture above, add in the soyrizo, and cook according to the package. Combine the two as they cook.

Divide the scramble into 4 servings, and add it to the tortilla.
