I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also certified in Biomechanics through N1 Education and as a behavior and mindset coach through the Health Mindset Coaching Certification. I have completed continuing education courses in biofeedback, plant-based diets, menopause, hormones, and more. Education is very important to me, so I am subscribed to multiple research reviews to make sure I am up-to-date on all things health and fitness.

Absolutely! If you are brand new to training, I would recommend my in-person training option or the personalized training plan until you are comfortable with basic movement patterns. =)

If you plan on doing the gym program, any big box gym should do (leg press, squat rack, cable machines, etc.).

I do not offer meal plans. I have found them to be a bit restrictive and they require my clients to be dependent on me. My goal is to give YOU the tools to be successful permanently. However, if you are struggling to come up with ideas I will offer some simple solutions or you can check out the recipe section for some inspiration :)
