Protein Oats

My go-to breakfast anytime I know I'll be away from home or unable to eat again for awhile. The high protein and fiber content will keep you full and satisfied for hours!

I personally use Liv Body's Frosted Oatmeal Cookie vegan protein powder (link and discount code below), but as long as your protein mixes well, it should work fine.

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 2 packets of Maple & Brown Sugar 100 Calorie Better Oats

  • 1.5 scoops of Liv Body Frosted Oatmeal Cookie protein powder

  • 50 grams of blueberries

  • 50 grams of raspberries

  • 50 grams of banana

  • 16 grams of dark chocolate

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine Better Oats, water, and blueberries. Microwave for 1.5 minutes or until desired consistency. (Yes, microwave the blueberries, a client showed me this and it's a game changer.)

DO NOT MICROWAVE/COOK THE PROTEIN. Like, ever. It's gross.

Remove bowl from microwave and then add the protein powder and mix. You may need to add some water to get the desired consistency. Make sure to add the water gradually. (It can turn watery very quickly.)

Top with desired fruit, nuts, etc. I opted for raspberries, bananas, and dark chocolate.
