I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in personal training and nutrition coaching. I have done continuing education through N1 Education in biomechanics, progressive overload, and programming as well as behavior and mindset work with the Health and Mindset Coaching Certification.   • Not to toot my own horn, but the biggest piece of feedback I get from clients is that the difference is…me. There is not another coaching offer out there, at this price point, with this much 1:1 contact and support from the coach. I’ve searched for it myself…you won’t find it.
