FAQs

  • Workouts take anywhere from 45 to 75 minutes depending on the mesocycle. Most workouts are about an hour.

  • Not to toot my own horn, but the biggest piece of feedback I get from members is that the difference is…me. There is not another group coaching offer out there at this price point with this much 1:1 contact with the coach. I’ve searched for it myself…you won’t find it.

  • I open enrollment a week before each new mesocycle because I want everyone to be on the same page. New mesocycles start every 2-6 weeks, depending on the mesocycle. Your best bet is to keep notifications on for my IG posts or reach out and ask when the next start date is!

  • No worries, there is a way to make it a 3x/week program for those that don’t have the time to train 4 times a week.

  • This is a periodized program, meaning we have certain mesocycles that focus on improving cardio capacity. However, you are more than welcome to add additional cardio, and some mesocycles I do include optional cardio workouts throughout the week.

  • YUP! This is a no-commitment-needed kind of app. If you love it, stay as long as you’d like. If you give it a try and feel it’s not the right fit, you can cancel at anytime.

  • The program overview calls are on the Sunday before each new mesocycle starts at 7:00pm PST.

    If you can’t make the calls, don’t worry, they are recorded and posted.

  • Yes, however I do also try to be mindful of gyms and their equipment. For pieces of equipment that aren’t as common, there will always be substitute exercises built in. AND if your specific gym is missing a piece of equipment, you can always reach out, and I can give you a substitution.
